Shipping policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at plasticology. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at info@plasticologyplease.com.

 

Please keep in mind- we use packaging of all kinds, upcycled and brand new. Being true to our environmental mission, reducing and reusing will stay transparent. 

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer expedited, standard, and economy shipping rates through USPS. Payment is determined by weight; anything above 7 pounds will cost a single fee higher. 

 

Order Processing Time

Orders will be mailed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If your order is placed after 10 am on a shipping day, it will go out on the following shipping date. Public holidays will set deliveries back by one day. 

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, and include all details for better services. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
